If you want to be a part of the future, Amelia is the place to be We're seeking an experienced Regional Vice President (VP) to join Amelia's leadership team overseeing our North America Geography/Region.
The VP will play a key role in Amelia's leadership team and will report directly to the SVP of North America Sales.
This leader will enhance and expand the sales functions value proposition through their Intelligent Virtual Assistant platform (Amelia) and Intelligent Autonomic platform (AIOps), evolving an already world-class field operation, achieving significant revenue growth, and aggressively scaling the business.
The VP will drive strategic planning, focusing on the expansion of customer segments and partnerships.
This leader will serve as an influential and inspiring executive, who will transform business outcomes and the company's growth trajectory by building and leading a high-growth sales & revenue organization.
The leaders will also be responsible, leading by example and directly engaging clients frequently to drive new and renewing existing revenue.
For this critical position, Amelia is seeking a thoughtful, disciplined, and passionate sales executive who will bring significant value and experience to the contact center space and/or employee experience space.

Responsibilities:
The VP will lead a workforce accountable for achieving sales performance objectives and revenue targets, including ensuring their customers are realizing maximum business value of their solutions through the customer lifecycle, which will ultimately result in customer renewal, growth, lifetime value and satisfaction.
Will drive the implementation and execution of the Amelia sales strategy and processes that will significantly increase new prospects and pipeline management, achieving revenue forecasts and meeting sales objectives across all verticals.
Personally establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers and lead the regional strategic SaaS, licensing, and business development initiatives.
Oversee and drive sales activities and success of each sales director with a focus on pipeline development both short and long term to drive bookings growth.
Successfully negotiate and close complex deals with appropriate targets, including contact center solutions, digital experiences, and transformational customer experiences to large enterprises.
Focus on local process improvements that continue to improve our sales cycle and framework.
Collaborate with finance, product management and marketing teams on messaging, pricing, and business models for achieving revenue goals.
Responsible for effective articulation of Amelia platform, product and services, unique selling points and value proposition as well as a broad understanding of key market competitors.
Responsible for input and maintenance of sales data within Salesforce.
com CRM, including QBR framework and executive updates.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in understanding Amelia Products and Services and value to the CX marketplace.
Proactive participation with the development of the business use cases to ensure customer expectations to deliver a solution that will stand the test of time.
Lead growth & new business excellence in technically knowledgeable, strategic thinking talent to enable growth of the business by providing transformational sales & solution adoption through excellent customer care.
People leadership; attract, develop, and retain top talent in the organization.
An ability to create loyalty, trust, and a following.
Understands what it takes to connect, listen, and engage at all levels of the organization.
Exhibit a track record of current and past relationships at the C, SVP and VP level to introduce AI/Automation conversation resulting in client coaching and new opportunities for exposing Amelia as their digital virtual assistant.
Build, manage, qualify, and close deals within a rolling 12-month sales pipeline.
Ability to own and drive a sales process while also knowing when to pause and ask for help.
VP Background Requirements:
12
years of experience selling SaaS, Automation solutions.
Experience selling into enterprise and commercial accounts across North America.
Experience selling into areas supporting call centers such as Customer Care, HR, Service/Help desk and sales.
Extensive Business Processing Outsource (BPO) involvement supporting voice and chat inbound or outbound Amelia communication channel capabilities.
Prior experience implementing analytic solutions that have impacted operational business processes is a significant plus.
Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas.
This must be demonstrated.
Ability to manage a pipeline of 50
opportunities at any given time.
Experience working at a highly matrixed organization is preferred.
Self-starter with willingness to learn quickly.
Salary:
$250k with variable compensation.
